TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with PCD. By confirming your booking, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. PCD reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Reservations

Confirmation
A booking request made via email, online form, or telephone does not guarantee a confirmed reservation. Bookings may be rejected if incorrect or incomplete information is provided (e.g., invalid credit card details, incorrect pick-up information). It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of the booking confirmation received from PCD. -
Booking Accuracy
Once PCD sends a booking confirmation, and no amendments are received from the Customer at least two hours prior to the scheduled transfer, PCD will assume all details are correct, and these Terms and Conditions will apply. -
Changes to Reservations
Any changes to the booking may result in adjustments to the terms of the journey, including costs and schedule changes, as outlined in the updated booking confirmation.
Payments

Payment Methods
Payment for services can be made via bank transfer or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Credit card payments incur a fee. If an authorized account is established, charges may be billed to your account. Payment is due within 7 days unless otherwise agreed. -
Surcharges
A 20% surcharge will apply to transfers scheduled between 00:00 and 06:00 hours, calculated on the base transfer charge (excluding tolls, parking, and GST). Public holiday transfers may also incur a 15% surcharge. -
No-Show Policy
In the case of a "no-show," the full transfer charge will apply.
Waiting Time and Additional Stops

Grace Period

For non-airport pick-ups, a 15-minute grace period is included.

For domestic arrivals, a 30-minute grace period is included from the time the aircraft lands.

For international arrivals, a 60-minute grace period is included from the time the aircraft lands.

Waiting Time Charges
Waiting time is charged at $2 per minute, once the grace period is over. -
Extra Stops
Additional stops requested during the journey will incur extra charges ($30 per stop), which will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
Cancellation Policy

General and Airport Transfers
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will incur a 100% charge of the transfer cost. Additional cancellation terms may apply for specific services, which will be outlined in the booking confirmation. -
Touring and Special Events
Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled event or tour may incur 100% of the quoted charges.
Booking Variations

Amendments to Scheduled Transfers
Any variation from the scheduled transfer, including route changes, extra stops, or changes in the vehicle requested, will incur additional costs at the discretion of the Chauffeur. Approval from the Customer must be obtained prior to the variation being executed.
Additional Event or Excursion Costs

Responsibility for Additional Fees
Unless explicitly agreed upon in advance, any extra costs related to entry fees, refreshments, or other event-specific expenses are the responsibility of the Customer.
Luggage

Luggage Capacity
PCD will make every effort to accommodate the Customer’s luggage within the specified vehicle’s luggage compartment. If the luggage exceeds the space, alternative transport arrangements will be made at the Customer’s expense.
General Conduct

Prohibited Activities
Smoking, drugs, and illegal substances are prohibited within PCD vehicles. Alcohol is allowed only at the discretion of the Chauffeur. The Chauffeur has the right to terminate the transfer without a refund if the Customer or any member of the party engages in inappropriate or disruptive behavior. -
Safety and Road Conditions
PCD is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen events such as weather conditions, accidents, or other safety-related issues. -
Personal Property
PCD is not liable for any personal items left in the vehicle. It is the Customer's responsibility to check for belongings before exiting the vehicle. -
Liability for Damage
The Customer is financially responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by themselves or any member of their party during the duration of the hire. The Customer will bear the full cost of repairs or replacement.
