1. Does Platinum Chauffeur Drive only operate in New Zealand?

No, we operate all over New Zealand and internationally. Our fleet is available in multiple cities across New Zealand. In addition, we also provide services in the USA, Canada, Europe, Asia, and the UAE with the help of our trusted partners worldwide.

4. Can you recommend sights and destinations?

Absolutely! Our chauffeurs possess a wealth of local knowledge. Additionally, our reservations team is skilled at designing bespoke tour itineraries tailored to your personal interests.

7. Will I know who is driving me?

Yes, you will receive driver details the day prior to your booking. You will be informed of the driver’s name and mobile number.

10. What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight status in real time, and if there are any delays, we adjust your pickup time accordingly at no additional charge. Our chauffeurs will be there when you arrive, ensuring a seamless experience.

2. If I am travelling with children, does PCD have car seats available?

Yes, we provide car seats at a cost of $50.00 per seat per booking. We ensure that our car seats are regularly updated with the latest, high-end designs and brands for maximum safety and style.

5. How do I know my booking is confirmed?

You will receive a booking confirmation directly from our reservations system once it has been processed by one of our team members.

8. Can I pay in the car?

No, our services are pre-paid or arranged through an account with PCD for post-service payment. 

11. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are fully refundable. 

3. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept direct bank transfers with no additional charge. We can also accept credit card payments; however, please note that there will be a processing fee (3 for Domestic Cards and 4%on International Cards).

6. Do you have any amenities in the car?

Yes, each of our cars is stocked with premium bottled water, mints, light snacks and magazines. We also provide umbrellas, tissues, and pens for your convenience.

9. How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure vehicle availability, especially during peak times or busy seasons. However, we are happy to accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability.

12. Do you provide services for corporate events?

Yes, we offer tailored transportation solutions for corporate events, including executive travel and VIP transportation. We understand the importance of professionalism and punctuality in business settings.
